Representatives of France’s energy giant Total and its big corporation Gaz de France (GDF) are travelling to Tehran on Monday to seek opportunities for oil and gas cooperation.
They are part of a 100-strong delegation of French businessmen traveling to Tehran for talks with Iranian businessmen.
Iran’s Deputy Petroleum Minister for International Affairs and Trading Ali Majedi is to address the French delegates on Tuesday.
The French trade delegation, which will leave Tehran on Wednesday, is led by two influential industrialists in France.
